"I Have Lost Thirty Plus Pounds
and Have Lowered My BMI to 19"
Dear Marc,
I have the typical middle-aged man's
story. I spent much of my life focusing
on my career and yes doing some exercise
but without the same sort of plan and
precision that I had applied to my
professional life. Consequently at the
age of 50 I found myself fifty pounds
overweight with a BMI of 33 and I have
a family history of cardiovascular
disease. With the help of an exercise
physiologist, the use of the zig-zag
diet, and weight training, I have lost
thirty plus pounds and have lowered my
BMI to 19 and I'm still working.
Although I followed the directions of my
exercise physiologist religiously, I
needed more information to help me; I'm
an information hound like most people my
age. Your book, The NoBull Bodybuilding
Program,
and your website provided me with the
rationale and advice necessary to be
successful in this endeavor of taking
better care of myself. As you stress
again and again in both your website and
the book, this process of increasing
fitness must deliberate and conscious.
Maybe at the age of 20 you could drift
into better physical health but at the
age of 50, it's got to be a plan that
you work on everyday. Your book and your
website have helped me to keep focused
on my goals and have provided me with
the practical informational tools that I
needed. Thanks for your help.

"The NoBull Bodybuilding Program is a Life Changing
Book!"
The Beginner's Guide to Fitness and
Bodybuilding" is life changing! Before I
found your program, I was embarrassed to
take my shirt off at the beach. Now I
not only feel comfortable with my shirt
off, I’ve also increased my energy and
feel much, much healthier.
Thanks

"I Achieved a Drop of Around 6%
Body Fat and Am Now Roughly Around 12.3
- 12.6%"
Hello Marc,
Well,
Since starting in August I had been
following the usual routine of lifting
weights without really knowing which
ones to do and how to perform. After
reading the beginners guide and the
other e-books that I received with it I
began eating right and started to see an
improvement. I achieved a drop of around
6% body fat and am now roughly around
12.3 - 12.6%. Looking to get into the
single figures. Also, as I had stopped
smoking nearly a year ago I have been
able to get my fitness and overall
health back up.
Keep up the good work

"My Weight is Now 74 kg (still
1,82m :-)) and My Body Fat is Now Around
5.5 - 6%. I Got This Result Without
Cheating"
Hi Marc,
First excuse my bad English ... I'm from
Switzerland and started the very first
fitness training in my life in February
2005. When I started, my weight was 66
kg for 1,82m. The "fat test" (I did it
at the gym with an electronic device)
showed 8% fat.
Training 5x/week and eating more or less
correctly (I needed answers to how much
proteins, when to eat them, etc ...)
with help of your very useful podcast
information gave me the chance to build
some muscle! My weight is now 74 kg
(still 1,82m :-)) and my body fat is now
around 5.5
- 6%. I got this result without cheating
(no steroids, no creatine (well maybe
there is some creatine in the protein I
take! even if it's not written on the
box) and the like).
I did not start my training to lose fat,
but to solve a back problem (with my
"lumbers") ... my doctor told me that I
didn't had enough muscle to "support" my
body (even if I'm a "light-weight" guy).
After 3 weeks, back pain was GONE and is
probably GONE forever!
Your guide is a useful collection of
information that helped me a lot. Thank
you!
Best regards,
