Happy 2008! It's been a long journey since I started this newsletter. At first it was just plain text, then I tried some visual elements. Then it was back to plain text again. I'm trying this layout in hopes that you'll be pleased with the look. My motto for 2008 is simple... "You Have to Give to Get."My goal is and will be, to provide you with the best possible information I can. In 2008, I'd like to do even better and see if I can make this the best newsletter you receive. If not, that's fine, I love a challenge! Do you like this new layout? Drop me a personal e-mail please and tell me what you HONESTLY think.
Should I lose fat first or should I go straight for muscle growth? Do you suffer from the flip-flop syndrome?Frankly this question comes up all the time especially from skinny guys who bulk up and then realize they have a little gut. Now they are totally confused as to what to do. Muscle growth and burning body fat go in cycles. It's quite confusing to know which goal you should start with for optimum results... "I want to lose weight" and "I want to gain muscle and lose fat" are certainly goals, but they're poor goals because they lack clarity. If you lack clarity of purpose, you will always be a victim of "flip flop syndrome". - Tom Venuto, Certified Personal Trainer and Fat Loss Expert

You'll find a ton of bodybuilding program reviews, not just mine and he doesn't hold back. If he likes it, he'll tell you. If not, he'll say it as well. That type of reviewin this affiliate world where it's the "Hey, I'll pay you to pimp my stuff" is hard to come by. JP is a rare guy. His site is packed with solid information and he is honest. If he likes it, he'll say so, if not, you better make a better program.
