Q: What is the NoBull Bodybuilding System?:
A: NoBull is 250 pages of nutritional and training fundamentals, articles, links to resources, and many questions and answers. There are an awful lot of false promises when it comes to getting into shape, so my intention when I wrote this system was to come across as a "no-bull" brand. It would take a person well over two (2) years to research the same information that can be found in this guide. One of the primary reasons for compiling this information was to dispel some myths of the industry, and give the beginner a great place to start their quest. NoBull saves the customer time and gives them a good reference for their fitness endeavors.

Q:
If I do follow your program, will I
get muscle mass capable of competing
in competitions?
A: I actually appreciate
your pessimistic attitude because if
I can understand it, maybe I can
re-work my page to alleviate any
questions in regards to what the
book provides.
Let’s take it point by point shall
we?
The NoBull System is a GREAT way to
start bodybuilding or learn more
advanced techniques you thought you
knew but didn't. But don’t let the
title fool you. It’s not just for
people starting out. The same
principles you’ll learn as a
beginner are the same ones you use
even as a professional. It was
geared for those who have worked out
for years and not received results.
Will you get the muscle mass you
need for competing in competitions?
You sure will. How do I know this?
Because getting the muscle mass is
simple but not easy.
Proper nutrition
Proper training
Proper supplementation (the real
basics that work)
That’s pretty much it! It’s simple
but not easy. Working out hard and
eating right is not that easy. It
takes a lot of discipline and
motivation.
What I’m teaching in my guide are
the same things I’ve personally used
to go from 130 lbs in high school to
199 lbs when I turned 32.
16 years of trying, doing and making
every mistake in the book. So I’ve
been there, done that. Everything
except steroids.
Let’s talk about routines.
Golden programs and such. I do
include a couple but honestly, you
can find a million workout programs
on the net. I can point you to
blogs. And once you know the basics
(squats, deadlifts, benching) the
rest just falls into place.
The guys who make the most gains
NEVER stick to the same old boring
routines. What do I mean?
Even if I gave you a workout program
every day for 18 weeks, your body
would still get bored and your gains
would stop.
So what do you do?
You learn all the techniques, the
tricks, the tempo variations and the
exercises and guess what? Now you
can build a routine on the fly in a
matter of minutes that is so
intense…
I hope you see the point. I do
provide a few beginner to
intermediate workouts but once you
start getting the hang of it, you’ll
find routines on the net you can use
as well as making your own.
Lastly, your anatomy class will
help. Receiving your personal
trainer certification isn’t that
tough. And many programs will
provide you with the necessary
materials. So extra classes will
help out a lot. But a good personal
trainer isn’t just about book
knowledge. It’s about being able to
do understand the anatomy,
physiology, nutrition, training and
supplements. Not to mention knowing
that everybody is just a little
different.

Q: Can I expect to see 'real' results by using your techniques?
A:
Here's how my book can help
you:
1- You need to actually READ it
(almost 86% of people who buy don't
read it. Then they figured it failed
them. The difference between those
who succeed and those who don't?
2- The most important part for you
will be the nutrition. Figuring out
how much you eat now, how much you
need to eat and then planning your
meals and doing it.
Most hardgainers, ectomorphs simply
do not eat enough. They don't track
it either.
These techniques are just a
collection of everything I've
learned in 16 years, applied to
myself using the basics that work,
and then compiled into a nice PDF
that is easy to read.
You won't find crazy diets.
You won't find nutty training
programs that will have you in the
gym for hours.
You will find the nutritional
basics.
You will find links to resources
where you can find a training
program that works for you.
These techniques are things I've
done, with a full time job, and
running all these websites that have
put on 40 lbs of muscle in just over
2.5 years.
Now that's not the next Mr. O but
it's huge for a natural athlete.
I'm 32. I don't take drugs. I don't
do any illegal substances. I don't
diet like a nut. And I'm not in the
gym 2 hrs a day, 7 days a week.
I have surfed countless forums. I
have subscribed to tons of
newsletters. I have tried numerous
pills, powders and other
supplements.
Over the 16 years, I've tracked what
works and what doesn't for an
average person.
And then I wrote about it. And broke
it up into sections.
My program is more of an education
and a step by step walk thru of how
to get started. If and when you want
to get more details on something,
I'll point you to better resources
for a specific subject.
And I won't point you to resources
that I've not used myself.
If you don't see results from
following what I've written then
either you aren't actually doing it
(making real life changes) or you
aren't human.
There's nothing secret, special, or
for the genetically gifted in my
program.
It's just good, solid, proven
information.
And what you will get is an
education which is going to lead you
to want to learn more, find links
that I'm giving in the book, try out
more routines and programs and such
and bring yourself to the next
level.
And if you don't see any results,
well then you can ask for a refund
and I'll oblige because I want a
satisfied customer.
But if you do see results, I want to
know about it so that I can use it
as testimonial for others who aren't
so sure what they are getting into.

Q: If I don't have a credit card, is there any other method I can use to get this book?
A: Send me a personal email. I can work something out. I prefer ClickBank. They do allow online, safe and secure credit card, online check and PayPal payments but if you have another method, I'm sure we can work something out. Just ask.
Q: I tried to buy a product, but my credit card was declined!
A: Because we use ClickBank as the 3rd party, secured vendor, they have some suggestions regarding declined credit cards. Please read ClickBank's FAQ about declined credit cards.

Q: Does your NoBull Bodybuilding Program work for the Average Joe?
A: Absolutely! Without a shadow of a doubt. I'm not a genetic freak myself and I am using the same principles as outline in my own system to pack on muscle and burn off body fat.
NoBull Bodybuilding was created using nutritional and training fundamentals that everybody can use. It's along the same lines the U.S. Military uses to train people who are in shape from the start to the person who falls off the truck and has never been active in their lives.
My program as designed, will work for anybody. And the best part is.. you can fine tune and tweak what you'll learn so that it fits your lifestyle and level of activity. There's no special requirements from the start.
At this stage in the game I'm advanced but the principles as outlined in NoBull Bodybuilding have taken me from "newbie" to local gym guru because I'm able to use the tips and techniques to make my training harder along the way.
Instead of just giving you some crap program you just blindly follow, I'm going to do what you didn't want them to do in school...
TEACH YOU! Once you know the HOW's you can design your own program, manipulate your own diet and fine tune your training while all the other guys and gals spend hundreds of dollars per year for the next big thing.

Q: What supplements do you recommend in your program?
A: I honestly don't go much beyond the very basics and even so, you won't find too much of my opinions in there about such. Many people react very differently to various substances and because of that, I tend to shy away from making personal recommendations about a particular product.
What you will find is a very detailed list of the categories of supplements I have used and do recommend for your further research. I also include how a supplement becomes a supplement explanation so you can fully comprehend why you need to do some research before ingesting any products into your body.
Most people consume supplements like candy. They try them out with little to no research much like a child tastes a sucker.
But you'll be the sucker if you find out you might have a serious reaction to Niacin or something else and you don't lift a finger to do any research.
Most of us would not just take medication without a medial doctor's prescription or detailed explanation of why we need to take it. Why are supplements any different? You are putting something into your body and blindly trusting a company that you have no interaction with.. hence....
My NoBull Bodybuilding Program sticks with the basics, and the categories you can investigate. You will also LEARN how to properly research a supplement so that you can make wise choices with your money and your body.
While other people just try, guess and take forum opinions from people they don't know, you can be in the minority and make the right choices from the start.

Q: I have been bodybuilding for about a year now, and really seem to be getting into it quite a while. The Mr. universe or Arnold qualifiers is it there lives to do that? Is having a job and kids and family seems too much for competitors? if you want to look like that, is it more than dedication but....you eat breath sleep bodybuilding, also....I have come realize that most supplements are a scam, and eating is so hard at college, especially clean and frequently. Also my genetics seem to be at a disadvantage.
A: Sure.. quit worrying
about genetics, supplements and how
hard it will be and make small
changes over the course of a year to
ensure that things become a routine.
I receive all types of replies from
skinny guys, women, older guys who
give me a LAUNDRY list of why they
can't do something but they really
want to look like so and so over
there.
You can't.
If you can't train like a pro, eat
like a pro and be dedicated like a
pro, you can't be a pro.
That doesn't mean you can't look
awesome! :-)
These guys don't have to
live/breath/eat bodybuilder but I'll
tell you what they do.
1) Consistency
2) Dedication
3) Determination
4) Over many years
They don't skip meals. They don't
skip workouts. They are determined
to make it work thru preparation and
hardwork.
They don't worry about the
supplement of the month. Most of
them are either on steroids or just
use the basics like creatine and
protein.
All these other things are for the
confused guys who are looking for
the answer in a bottle while the
pros already know the answers.
Hard work over a period of time will
beat out any dude who trains
half-assed or inconsistently or uses
some supplement of the month in
hopes that he'll look like a pro but
have to put in less work.
Eating at college is hard!
In fact, I just all but skipped out
on that. I just ate my 3 meals a day
and worked out when I could. My goal
in college was to get in and get out
with a degree. Looking huge and
ripped wasn't even on my mind. I
just exercised and kept active and
didn't concern myself with that.
I could have but it would have been
very difficult and required a ton of
planning and buying food. I didn't
have the room, the time or the will
to eat 5-6 times a day when I was in
school. It just wasn't my priority.
If you want it to be, then you'll
just make it work. You'll buy food.
You'll get a small fridge. You'll
prep meals and carry them to class
because that's what guys do in
college when they need meals and are
always on the go.
My tips would be to first figure out
what you want and then start making
small changes to make it happen.
Make things routine.
Take a look at your breakfast.
Is it perfect?
If not, how can you make it so. What
can you do every single day to have
the best darn bodybuilding breakfast
on campus. If not, then you can't
possibly have a lifestyle if you
can't make a simple change to your
breakfast.
Then look at your training. How can
you make it consistent. 4 or 5 days
a week in addition to classes? No
breaks for finals. NO breaks to get
hammered on Friday night. You can't
get to 10% body fat and look ripped
when you get ripped right? Some guys
can but most guys can't.
Focus on what you can do and less on
what you can't.
Start small. Make your breakfast the
best. If you can't even do that for
2 weeks, then don't bother making a
significant lifestyle change as you
won't be able to keep the pace.
But you don't have to live, breathe
and eat this stuff to be a
superstar. With some hardwork,
consistency and dedication, you can
kick butt!
